The David Ba Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals and transforming communities through education, entrepreneurship, and strategic outreach. Established with a deep passion for service and sustainable development, the Foundation works to bridge the gap between opportunity and potential—especially in under-resourced communities across Ghana.
At the heart of our work is a desire to inspire action, solve real-world challenges, and equip the next generation with the tools they need to lead. Through a range of impactful programs, from youth leadership awards and startup mentorship events to scholarship opportunities and international training, we are creating pathways for growth and lasting change.
Founded by Hon. Nurein Shaibu Migyimah, a visionary social entrepreneur and advocate for community development and politician, the Foundation operates with a grassroots approach that puts people first. Our team is dedicated to listening, learning, and collaborating with local stakeholders to implement practical solutions tailored to each community’s unique needs.
